Anti-corrosion Trough Type Mixer
A double-layer spiral blade is arranged on the main shaft of the mixer.
The internal screw conveys the material to the outside, and the external screw gathers the material to the inside. Under the convective motion of the material in the double helix belt, a low dynamic and efficient mixing environment is formed. The inner and outer diameter screw installed on the mixing shaft drives the materials in the barrel, so that the agitator can turn the materials in the barrel at the maximum range. When the mixing device works, the inner screw drives the materials close to the shaft center to rotate, the axial direction is pushed from the inside to both sides, and the outer screw drives the materials close to the barrel wall to rotate axially, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside. The mixed materials can be evenly mixed in a short time.
