The machine is equipped with self-lubrication system and force feeder. The head of upper and lower punch, and the middle mould are made of anti-corrosive titanium alloy. Force Feeder, for the use of fluent powder. The dosing method used on all ZPS tablet press is by excess. It feeds the die at the maximum, then erase the excess of powder. That method ensures an excellent regularity in weight at any machine speed. Command and Control panel boards of the machine are both located in a separate mobile cabinet. The machine is driven by PLC. The standard cable length between machine and control cabinet is of 5 meters. A processor SIEMENS® control of the machine, with SIEMENS® LCD 7” screen with tactile-touch.
